Before You Submit
Quick Checks That May Save a Claim
Some return and warranty requests are clear product issues. Others are often solved by checking power, controls, installation details, care guidance, or expected towel warming performance first.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, missing parts, approved for return, or appears to have failed, the RGA / warranty form remains available after these checks.
Not Heating as Expected
Review expected heat-up time, towel placement, drying performance, and whether the issue may be related to power, switch, timer, or controller setup.
Install, Wiring, or Placement
If the concern involves mounting height, rough-in location, wet-room placement, backing, or product documentation, these references may help confirm the right details before a claim is submitted.
Finish, Care, or Appearance
Finish and surface concerns can be warranty-related, but cleaning method, humidity, lighting, and plated finish expectations can also affect what you are seeing.
